We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

Pursuant to § 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as a service provider are responsible under general law for our own content on this website. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as the service provider, however, are not obligated to monitor the external information transmitted or stored or to investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activities.
